Your business logo is the first impression that a customer gets of your business, and we all know how important a first impression is. The choosing of your designer is the most important decision regarding your logo. The last thing you would want is to see your logo being used by several other photographers. Your logo should be able to separate you and help identify you to your customers. I take a lot of pride in the design that I create for you. You can rest assured that the logo that is designed for you is 100% unique. Some designers may find it necessary to resell the same logo over and over, or worse, recreate other designer's logos. I can assure you that your logo will never be a recreation of another design and that every logo I sell is retired and never resold.

Details, terms and policies:

* Like most designers, I usually have a waiting list. I do require a $200 (or 50%) deposit fee (non-refundable) for your spot on the waiting list. This will go towards your total design fee. If you want to know what kind of wait there will be, please contact me (designbyjenn@gmail.com) for more info. The way that our waiting list works is I book only one client at a time. I never work on more than one so I can devote my full attention and talent to each design. This also quickens the process. The next person on the waiting list is started when the current project ends.
* Turn around time varies. This really depends on each individual person and the design order. If you know what you're looking for, it goes by much quicker. I do provide you with a detailed questionnaire that helps with this process. Client turnaround times have been anywhere from 1 week to 2 months and also depends on the amount of work you need (ie: logo, full branding). If you are on a specific deadline, I may not be the best designer for you.
* Pompt response is key! I do require no more than 24 hour resonse time. Even just to say you need more time. If more than 24 hours goes by w/o response, I will place you on the waiting list. If you know you'll be out of town, let me know so I can plan my work schedule. Response time is extremely important for me because 1. I only work on one client at a time and 2. I'm a full-time mom and homeschool my children. I only have a couple of full work days and it's sporadic for the rest of the week.
* If for some reason you cannot commit to your spot on the waiting list, I need 2 weeks notice so I can give your spot to another. If two weeks is not given, your deposit will be forfeited. Only one cancellation/rescheduling is given (two weeks prior to design date) and in order to reschedule, I require half of your remaining balance up front. You will need to commit to your second scheduled time. If you cannot, you will lose all monies put down.
* Once your time on the waiting list has come, full payment is required before design work can begin. Once payment is made, you will be sent a detailed questionnaire.
* After feedback is given for a round of concepts, I try to complete my revisions within a week.
* You will receive your logo in vector format and any file you request (flattened transparent .psd, .png files, .jpg files...) For layered .psd files, there is an additional $40 fee.
* Due to the nature of services, refunds are not given.
* You may not alter your design in anyway other than color changes. You may not use your logo elements in any place other than your logo unless you have been given permission by myself and I will then send you a full res & vector file. A fee will be required. If you need changes done, please contact me first. Under Copyright laws, the designer has full ownership of all work created.
* Do not ask me to recreate another logo, either designed by myself or another designer. I encourage my clients to send me as many "inspiration" designs as they find them but I will not mimic or recreate it.
